Study Note 11 – The Complete Private Pilot

Here is what I learned while I studying the book “The Complete Private Pilot”. Most of the note text are in English, and may not translate to Chinese any more.

It is a great book that everyone who is or want to become a private pilot should read it.

I finished all the study of the book ‘The Complete Private Pilot’, here is the final study note for the final stage of learning!

I learned radio communication procedures and how to use all I have learned to plan a VFR flight. I have to say that for radio communication procedures and technique, the author tells too little to complete a normal radio communication for VFR flight, he place most valuable content all at his another book and place a lot of advertisements here! So for learning how the to do that, it is better to learn it from Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM) instead. I find a perfect online website which cover most of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and AIM: http://faraim.org

For VFR flight, the author raise a very good example that fly from KOLM to KELN. Even I thought most of the content are forcing on how to pass the checkride, especially for oral exam, but it also give the example and more practical way for daily flight.
